Waterbury Development Review Board Positions Available

The Development Review Board (DRB) for the Town of Waterbury has one member and two alternate positions open, to be filled by appointment by the Waterbury Select Board. The DRB is a quasi-judicial body that has the regulatory function of reviewing permit applications for commercial projects, larger subdivisions, residential Planned Unit (cluster) Developments, and projects in the Ridgelines/Hillsides/Steep Slopes overlay district. The DRB typically meets at 6:30 p.m. on the first and third Wednesdays of the month for approximately two hours.
