Rental Registry

As part of the rental registry ordinance passed in May 2024, all rental properties within the Town of Waterbury are required to be registered. This requirement applies to any dwelling unit that is rented on either a short-term basis (fewer than 30 consecutive days or more than 14 total days per calendar year) or long-term basis (30 or more consecutive days or more than 60 total days per calendar year). 

NOTICE: The Rental Registry is currently undergoing maintenance and is unavailable for new registrations at this time. Please check back this fall to register your rental.
