Police Services
As of July 1, 2018, the Town of Waterbury contracted with the Vermont State Police for services to be provided by two resident State Troopers. On July 1, 2026, the Town contracted with the Washington County Sheriff to specifically attend to issues of speeding and other quality of life services. Both public safety entities provide regular reports pertaining to crime stats, accidents, speeding tickets, and other calls requiring their respective services.
