Notice of Select Board Vacancy
In accordance with 24 V.S.A. §961(a)
Letters of interest are due to the Town Clerk’s Office, 28 N. Main St., by 3:00 p.m. on Friday, April 3, 2026. They can be submitted in person or by email to bjones@waterburyvt.com. The Selectboard will hold interviews at its regular meeting on April 7, 2026, and will make an appointment to fill the vacancy at that meeting. The person appointed will serve until a town election is had.

Appointed Boards and Committees
The Selectboard appoints members to the Town’s various boards, committees, and commissions. If you are interested in serving on one of these bodies, please complete the application form or call Interim Municipal Manager, Bill Woodruff, at 802-839-6199.

To make a compliant about a potential ethics violation, please complete the Municipal Complaint Form.
24 V.S.A. §1991-1999 defines municipal and county government duties with regards to codes of conduct, conflicts of interest, whistleblower protections, and ethics enforcement. In 2025, the Town adopted its own Conflict of Interest Policy and Ethics Investigation & Enforcement Ordinance to supplement state law.
