The Town of Waterbury Select Board is holding its first public hearing to obtain feedback regarding proposed updated zoning bylaws (Uniform Development Bylaws, Phase 1) on Monday May 6, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in the Steele Community Room at the municipal office.
The purpose of these updated bylaws is to implement the Waterbury Municipal Plan and the Vermont Municipal and Regional Planning and Development Act by regulating the use and development of land within the Phase 1 area (generally south of I-89).
