Qualifications & Compensation
QUALIFICATIONS
•Bachelor’s degree in public or business administration (advanced degree preferred)
•4–6+ years of leadership and financial management experience, ideally in a municipal setting
COMPENSATION
•Salary range: $125,000 – $145,000, depending on experience
•Participation in VMERS, along with comprehensive health and dental benefits
•Ongoing professional development support
