EFUD seeks proposals for governance and financial review

The Edward Farrar Utility District (EFUD) invites qualified consultants to submit proposals for a Phase 1, high-level assessment of EFUD’s current charter, governance, and financial trajectory. The purpose of this study is to provide EFUD’s Board of Utility Commissioners (the “Board”) and District voters with a concise, independent assessment of whether the current EFUD governance/charter and broad financial trajectory perform as expected to the advantage of District voters.
