PUBLIC HEARING – The Board will act on the following:
#023-26 Vermont Agency of Transportation (owner)/Town of Waterbury (applicant)
Stabilization of the Thatcher Brook Channel bed and banks along Armory Dr., to reduce erosion. Work includes creating a flood bench, widening the channel, raising the channel grade, and extending the existing sewer main encasement under the widened channel.
