The Waterbury Planning Commission is seeking your feedback on the Draft 2026 Town Plan.

You can provide comment to the Planning Commission in three ways: (1) complete the feedback form; (2) email Neal Leitner, Waterbury Planning Director, nleitner@ waterburyvt.com; or (3) attend an upcoming public hearing in the Steele Room in the municipal offices September 30, 6-8pm.

Town Plans aim to reflect the views of the entire Town. Please Take the Time to Comment - It is Important to Hear From You!

In addition to being required for certain state and federal benefits, the Town Plan provides focused policy direction to the Select Board, Planning Commission, town committees and municipal staff - including issues related to housing, affordability, flood resilience, education, local economy, land use, energy, transportation, childcare, and more.

The Select Board will also hold two public hearings on the Draft Plan after the Commission has opportunity to incorporate this round of feeback.
