Condemnation and Compensation Proceedings
The Select Board of the Town of Waterbury, Vermont will meet at the Waterbury municipal office, which is located at 28 North Main Street, Waterbury, Vermont at 6:30 p.m. on August 7, 2017, August 14, 2017 and August 28, 2017 for the purpose of taking evidence, receiving testimony and hearing all persons interested in matter of monetary damages, if any, which are payable to individual property owners as result of the taking or use of property, or easements and interests therein, associated with the US Route 2- Main Street Reconstruction FHWA FEGC F 013-4 (13) (the “Project”).
