MISSION STATEMENT
The Waterbury Police Department will foster a safe environment that promotes a high quality of life within our community. We will reduce the fear of crime, facilitate safe highways, address community concerns, and respond to issues brought to our attention. We will recruit, retain, and train the most qualified personnel to meet the needs of our community and police department.
